If your rod or reel breaks within six months from the original purchase date, we will replace or repair for only the cost of shipping.
RODS - No need to send in rod or parts. Use the checkout form at the bottom of this page to pay for shipping, and will mail you the replacement section. MUST SEND US A PICTURE OF THE BROKEN ROD.
REELS - In most circumstances you will need to ship in the reel. Please ship to Taylor Fly Fishing 3216 Draxton SW, Albuquerque NM 87105. We are not responsible for lost packages so please track and insure to protect your investment. Use the checkout form at the bottom of this page to pay for shipping.
Does NOT cover cosmetic wear/tear or lost/stolen products. Other exclusions may apply.

$65 plus shipping is the processing fee. This is the fee for all products outside of the one year warranty window.
This program is valid for the lifetime of the product.

If we do not have the parts in stock we will contact you via phone or email to make arrangements.
Our rapid rod and reel program does not cover damages caused by improper care or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. (Scratches on reels, cork wear, leaving products outside for extended periods of time, etc…)

TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY
Our warranty and rapid program is good for the lifetime of the product, even if you sell the product!
This will help with resell values if you ever decide to sell your Taylor product.
LOST OR STOLEN SECTIONS
35% of the original MSRP of the rod.

LEGAL STUFF
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only, and may not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, normal wear, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. All shipments to Taylor Fly Fishing must be freight paid. Taylor Fly Fishing reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with different models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original products.

2. ROD - IF YOU NEED A ROD SECTION SENT TO YOU, EMAIL MATTHEW@TAYLORFLYFISHING.COM A PICTURE OF YOUR BROKEN ROD ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AFTER YOU FINISH CHECKOUT. WE WILL NOT SHIP A REPLACEMENT SECTION UNTIL WE RECEIVE IN PICTURE OF THE BROKEN SECTION.
3. REEL - IF YOU NEED A REEL REPAIR, SHIP THE REEL TO TAYLOR FLY FISHING 3216 DRAXTON SW ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87105. YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR WARRANTY ORDER RECIPT IN THE BOX. We are not responsible for lost packages so please track and insure to protect your investment.
